The Direct Digital Manufacturing Laboratory is currently
seeking to fill several open Ph.D. and post-doctoral
positions. We are looking for highly motivated candidates
who have hands-on multidisciplinary skills in two or more
of the following areas: precision machine design, optics
and optomechanics, mechatronics, manufacturing, excimer
laser lithography, CAD and computational geometry,
materials science, and chemistry (particularly
photochemistry and photopolymerization). Candidates must
possess excellent writing, presentation, and communication
skills. Candidates must be team-players and demonstrate
their willingness and ability to work as part of a
university-industry team.
